As a citizen of the country, we must know our 8 basic consumer rights. These are the following:
- BASIC NEEDS
- SAFETY,
- INFORMATION
- CHOOSE
- REPRESENTATION
- REDRESS
- CONSUMER EDUCATION
- HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT
And if we have the rights, of course, we also have responsibilities.
